FLORIS Collection Care
FLORIS artwork is handcrafted using real botanical elements preserved in biobased resin.
- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight
Real flowers and foliage may gradually fade when exposed to extended periods of intense sunlight. Display your artwork in bright, indirect light or where it receives only a few hours of gentle morning or late-afternoon sun.
- Avoid extreme temperatures
Do not expose your artwork to freezing temperatures or excessive heat. Extreme temperature changes can affect the resin and the preserved botanicals.
- Keep away from excessive moisture
Display your artwork in a dry environment and avoid prolonged exposure to water, steam, or high humidity.
- Clean gently
Dust with a soft microfiber cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, paper towels, or harsh chemicals, as they may scratch or dull the resin.

- Display or store carefully
When not in use, store quilts in a cool, dry location away from prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve fabric colors.
- Cleaning
Spot clean when possible. If washing is necessary, use a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent, or hand wash if appropriate for the specific piece.
- Drying
Air drying is recommended to help preserve the fabrics, stitching, and craftsmanship. Avoid high heat whenever possible.
- Storage
Store folded in a breathable cotton bag or wrapped in a clean cotton sheet. Avoid long-term storage in plastic containers or bags, which can trap moisture.
